Application Guidelines

All applications will be judged on the following criteria. No application will be approved that does not meet all guidelines.

1. Rent cannot exceed 35% of applicants gross income from all sources. Exception is any applicant that is participating in a rent assistance program or has rent paid by their company or other source.
2. No evictions on primary tenant in past 5 years.
3. Credit score must be 650 or above with no current collections and debt load cannot exceed 25% of gross income.
